About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join us at the Student Village Melbourne. Working hours are 5 days a week from 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this person will possess energy, positivity, initiative and be committed, flexible, confident and team-focused. The candidate should demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, providing friendly and helpful support to residents and visitors.
  • Assist residents with account enquiries, information on support services, local area information and facilities information.
  • Assist with property inspections.
  • Ensure that high levels of detail and accuracy are applied to customer records.
  • Ensure all associated policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to prospective residents.
  • Create a positive impression for all prospective customers.
  • Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience

  • Commitment to consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an accommodation setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems, web content management systems and social media.
  • Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
