Technical Skills |
- Proven ability to perform a variety of maintenance work appropriate to the Village.

- Ability to meet tight timeframes without compromising accuracy and customer service.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a range of tasks effectively.

- Demonstrated initiative in problem solving, being receptive and open to new ideas and can adjust and respond accordingly.

- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of database management systems such as StarRez.

- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience |
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general facilities & maintenance
|
- Previous experience performing a variety of repair work appropriate to the Village.
|
- Previous experience in roles that require interaction with customers.
|
|
Qualifications |
- Looking to complete an Associate Diploma or higher in Facilities Management or a related field.
|
- Trade license in Electrical/ Communications, HVAC, Building/ Construction, Fire or Mechanical, or have experience deemed to be sufficient by Village Management.
|
- WH&S, Risk or Safety related qualification would be highly regarded.
|
- A current Australian drivers’ license
