Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that contributes to the generation and conversion of retention sales leads. In turn, the CSA’s activity supports the Village achieving its economic occupancy, customer service rating and reapplication percentage objectives. The CSA will deliver this customer experience across a wide range of communication channels and by working collaboratively within the wider Village team

Desired Skills and Experience

Technical Skills
>        Proven ability to meet or exceed targets, with a strong understanding of business principles.
>        Excellent verbal communication skills that promote positive relationships with stakeholders and residents.
>        Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities, without compromising accuracy and customer service.
>        Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe In-Design, database management systems such as StarRez and web content management systems.
>        Advanced knowledge in the use of all social media channels.
>        Well-developed written communication skills.
>        Ability to operate within delegated budgets.
>        An understanding of Campus Life and University support structures would be highly regarded.

>        Demonstrated enthusiasm and energy for the Village with a proven ability to work with and relate to young adults.
>        An outgoing, enthusiastic, charismatic and ambitious personality
>        Team focussed, with a track record of working towards the achievement of team goals.
>        Uses initiative to resolve issues and find solutions.
>        Must possess an ability to act in an independent, mature, confident, flexible, trustworthy and discreet manner, preserving the confidentiality of information.
>        Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity and commitment in all aspects of work.
>        A demonstrated affinity with students and young adults, together with knowledge and understanding of the pressures affecting such students will be highly regarded.
 
Experience 
>        Previous experience in an operational administration and / or sales focussed role.
>        Experience in a service based industry, with a commitment to customer service.
 
Qualifications 
>        Hold a formal hospitality or business qualification (such as marketing, hospitality, tourism etc.) in a relevant area, attained at University or other tertiary educational institution or relevant experience.
>        A current Australian drivers’ licence.
