Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Repairs – basic plumbing, painting, patching, basic carpentry, cleaning, carpet cleaning, appliance trouble shooting, simple electrical and more.
Responding to maintenance requests quickly.
Helping keep rooms and common areas safe and tidy.
Spotting and reporting any safety issues.
Logging jobs you complete (we’ll show you how).
All other reasonable duties from time to time as directed by Village Management.
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Need:
3+ years’ experience doing maintenance or handyman work.
Good with tools and problem solving.
Friendly attitude – happy to chat with students and staff.
Able to work on your own or with a team.
Basic computer skills to check and complete logged jobs (training provided)
Driver’s licence.
Current National Police Clearance Check
Trade qualification a bonus – but not needed!
