Job Description

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you’ll be the go-to person for all things Village life, the friendly face that helps students feel welcome, supported, and part of the community from the moment they arrive.

You’ll be delivering standout service across every touchpoint. Whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone, through emails, or on socials. One minute you’ll be tracking down a parcel, the next you might be calming a Wi-Fi crisis or answering questions about contracts and upcoming events, with a smile.

Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day:

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for:

  • A people-person with great chat and next-level listening skills

  • A multitasking master who thrives on staying organised under pressure

  • Someone who’s happy rolling up their sleeves to get the job done, no matter what it is

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, social media, and database systems like StarRez

  • You know your way around an Instagram story and can whip up a Canva post like a pro

  • You’ve worked in customer service, hospitality, admin, or sales before – bonus if it was in a student or campus setting!

Bonus points if you:

  • Have a passion for student life and get what it's like living on campus

  • Bring the vibes – friendly, upbeat, energetic, and approachable

  • Have experience juggling multiple priorities (and still smile doing it)

  • Hold a qualification in marketing, tourism, hospitality or similar (or have experience instead)

  • Hold a valid driver’s license
