Reporting to the Village Manager, this person will possess energy, positivity and initiative and be committed, flexible, confident and team focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Village Management to achieve agreed budgeted occupancy targets
- Process applications, reapplications and changes to Resident information following the correct policies and procedures
- Process lease agreements and security deposits in a timely manner
- Recover outstanding payments, complete bank reconciliation and assist residents with account enquiries
- Assist with property inspections during tenancy, pre and post arrival.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and peers
- All other reasonable duties from time to time as directed by the Village Management
- The responsibilities of this role may evolve based on the changing needs of our residents and the business. We seek candidates who are adaptable and open to taking on new challenges as they arise.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualification
- Previous operational administration experience, preferably in an accommodation setting
- Previous property management experience is highly regarded
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems (preferably StarRez) and web content management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing occupancy levels and to meet occupancy targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a relationship with stakeholders such as residents and visitors
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded such as Diploma in Hotel or Business Administration
- Current National Police Clearance Check
